Virginia car accident leads to charges

A charge for failure to yield has been given to a driver who was involved in a recent accident on Virginia Route 340. There were two vehicles involved in the accident – a car and a motorcycle. The driver of the motorcycle was traveling southbound on the roadway when a car turned out of a driveway onto the road in his path, causing the car accident.

Virginia Route 670 scene of fatal accident

Virginia roadways can be dangerous when a driver is breaking any law and this is especially true when a driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A recent fatal accident on a Virginia roadway is a good example of how dangerous the roadways can be in such a case. The accident happened on Route 670 at 4:30 p.m. and there were charges included in this investigation.
